Christmas 2025 Delivery:
Our normal delivery options are shown further down this page, but for Christmas 2026 please be advised:
- If using the ‘Free Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48’ we recommend placing last orders by 2pm on Friday 19th Dec.
- At your own risk, you can order after this time, up until 2pm on Monday 22nd using ‘Free Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48’ and the package should be delivered on 24th December, but we can’t guarantee this.
- We recommend using the ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day)’ after 2pm 19th Friday until 12pm on Tuesday 23rd December, for delivery on 24th December
UK Delivery:
We normally dispatch your jewellery on the very next working day (i.e. Mondays to Fridays). You can choose from the following options on the checkout page:
1. Free Delivery – Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ (aim 2-3 working days)
- (A working day means Monday-Friday, i.e. not weekends)
- Completely free, and tracks your package to the delivery point (i.e. your front door, if that’s what you’ve chosen).
- Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days.
- This isn’t a guaranteed timescale, but is their stated service level.
2. Royal Mail ‘Tracked 24’ (aim next working day)
- (A working day means Monday-Friday, i.e. not weekends)
- They aim to deliver on the next working day, and includes tracking to the delivery point.
- Next working day means if we dispatch on a Monday, it should arrive on Tuesday. If we dispatch on Friday, it should arrive on Monday.
- This isn’t a guaranteed timescale, but is their stated service level.
3. Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ (guaranteed next working day 1pm)
- (A working day means Monday-Friday, i.e. not weekends)
- This is a guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm (i.e. Mondays to Fridays).
- Fully tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.
- Doesn’t include weekends.
USA & Canada Delivery:
We use the ‘Royal Mail International Tracked’ service
- This is for customers in the USA and Canada
- Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5-7 working days (this is not guaranteed, but it’s their stated service level)
- Fully tracked to delivery point
USA & Canada Tax / Import Duty:
For customers in USA & Canada, the prices displayed on our website are automatically converted to your own currency and are reduced to take off the UK VAT. This occurs based on your location and shipping address, and means you’re paying less.
HOWEVER – PLEASE BE AWARE – YOU MAY BE CONTACTED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY, AND REQUESTED TO PAY ADDITIONAL LOCAL TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES, due to that fact we’re shipping from the UK to your country. We have no control over this, and this is standard practice when buying from overseas.
